The Fineview Neighborhood Association has been organizing a 5K run for several years. This year, the run was 4.5 miles long, and it used many more steps than the previous race, in a route that weaved through the hilly neighborhood.
Hare for a "kiddie hash", a trail with no checks, just on-ons, arrows, and a smiley for B, at which we left some granola bars. The only flour available was a organic whole wheat brand that is shipped in bags tied with a string. At the beginning, was a bit concerned that the brownish powder wouldn't stand out, but alas, do not worry, as the kids had no problem.
