I Love New York

Stopped at the Angola rest stop on I-90 for tourism information, but had a bad experience with the "I Love NY" tourist office clerk. She was chatting on the phone, laughing occasionally, which revealed that the phone call was a leisure non-business related call, did not make any eye contact with the people that were standing in front of her, and who were very evidently waiting that she was done with her phone call. This lasted several minutes, and many people lost their patience and left. One person grabbed her attention by waving a hand in front of her, and asked a question, and initially, she did not answer, as to communicate that she felt it was rude behaviour to interrupt her phone conversation, but then she complied and answered the tourist's question, and then returned to her phone conversation.
